Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Perishable & Food Items
Due to the nature of perishable and food products, we recommend selecting a faster shipping method during warmer months to preserve product quality. LevantHub is not responsible for spoilage caused by shipping delays outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
Orders of $50 or more ship free within the U.S. We currently ship within the U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at levanthub@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.
